Shoeb Sarguroh is an ECM Solutions Architect with over 17 years of experience in the ECMS domain and has been working with Alfresco since 2008. His focus is solely on ECM training, auditing and consultancy; promoting ECM best practices across various industry sectors. Shoeb has been providing business analysis and solutions architect services including mentoring on Alfresco. He is an expert in Content Management Platforms including Documentum, Alfresco and McLaren Software, a leading ECM consultant and an experienced Alfresco trainer. He has worked across different industry sectors including Engineering (Oil & Gas, Upstream/ Downstream, Construction), Pharmaceuticals, Government, Utilities, Telecom & Education.
Shoeb is passionate about Scottish Education and is actively involved in Scottish Education Sector. He has in-depth knowledge of Scotland's Curriculum for Excellence Framework. He is developing core modules on Scottish CfE and is working on a methodology to deliver effectively primary & secondary education within the Scottish Education Framework.Some of his contributions include eCfE, ecoLearn, ILE, QUIG and TICKS.
Shoeb enjoys travelling to meet people and learn new languages. He speaks English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Marathi.

Frank is an experienced communicator and trainer, professionally qualified as a records manager and data protection/FOI practitioner, who has worked in business, central and local government and the NHS. He has implemented two EDRMS and has extensive experience in retention scheduling, business classification and information risk management.
